Corrosion ProtectionA coated component's lifespan is determined by design, pre-treatment, the coating, and its environment.  Our Quality Management Systemi scope includes design, test and application of coating systems, this together with our extensive range of pre-treatments and supported by our laboratory test facilities enable us provide our customers with a solution to virtually any powder coating requirements.  Our technical support  team are always pleased to contribute to the development of new products and share our expertise and knowledge.

All our powder coating processes are covered by our  Quality Management System and the close control throughout the processes ensures product consistence time after time.

Hydralon guarantees are available for up to 25 years depending on the substrate, use and working environment.

The following table gives the life to major maintenance for a range of materials, pre-treatments and coating systems, together with Hydralon's accelerated corrosion test results.
