Hydralon are experts at masking for the powder coating process on castings, aluminium extrusion, sheet metalwork and fabrications. Our techniques have been developed over many years to enable us to provide clean, defind and accurate finishes at cost effective prices.
Whether it is threads, bores, teeth or complex shapes for E.M.C screening our clean masking enables quick assembly, good mechanical fit and compliant electrical conductivity.
You do not have to remove tape, burrs, or tap out threads when you get work back from Hydralon.
By careful design of the masking area corrosion protection can be assumed.
